And the spells they use will only be even more effective when all of them use them on the same target). So I don't think that the muggle community would have much of a chance if it was an actual war (Which means that both sides knew that the other might attack at any given time) and that they would only be able to overthrow the witches and wizards by surprising them (And even that is highly impropable since anyone in Diagon Alley, for example, would be able to cast a spell to stop even a nuclear missile if they would spot it flying towards them. So there might be not as many witches and wizards, but they would be able to infiltrate anything that they wish, could destroy every weapon the muggles could use easily and even just apparate behind the leaders of the countries to abduct or kill them. They have no understanding whatsoever of it and couldn't create any kind of protection. So while the wizarding community would be able to counter muggle weapons, the muggle community wouldn't be able to deflect magic. And there are way too many other spells that could be used that I won't even mention here. There is also the /wiki/Reductor_Curse which is used to blast solid objects into pieces which would be quite useful as well. And tanks aren't that much of a problem as well, just use once again transfiguration or bombard it with the /wiki/Severing_Charm, the /wiki/Blasting_Curse and/or the /wiki/Exploding_Charm (Possibly with stronger versions of said spells) and they will be destroyed soon enough. If they were attacked by a nuclear missile they would be able to transfigure or vanish it so it won't harm them. They could also just mess with their memories or even let magical beasts loose that are almost impossible to defeat as a witch or wizard (So /wiki/Dragons or /wiki/Nundu for example). They can literally create explosions with just a thought or even sneak into the armoury using a /wiki/Disillusionment_Charm or an /wiki/Invisibility_cloak in combination with /wiki/Apparition to destroy the whole arsenal of the muggles. The wizarding community could easily win.
